  1. Search the CrypKey Online Support Database to see if you can find a solution to your problem. We keep our support database as up-to-date as possible to make CrypKey solutions as easy to use as possible.

    Please note that only those with a valid CrypKey Annual Subscription can access the CrypKey Support Database.
  2. Get a valid support subscription.
  3. Get annual subscription deliverables and pricing information.
  4. If you are unsure as to whether you have a valid support subscription or cannot find what you are looking for in the CrypKey Support Database please email us.
  5. If you need to submit an email to us at support@crypkey.com, please provide the information below in the body of your message so we can assist you in as timely a manner as possible.

    Please include ALL of the information below to properly assist you:
    1. your customer service number;
    2. the company name registered to CrypKey;
    3. the operating system on which the problem is occurring;
    4. which CrypKey product you are inquiring about;
    5. a detailed explanation of the problem (including error message if available) and;
    6. whether or not you have tested the problem using the example.exe program provided with CrypKey software;

    Note - If you are using CrypKey SDK 5.7 or later, attach the *.ckn file off the problematic machine.
